Trina Markusson has been sharing Mindfulness strategies since 2008.  She has participated in professional trainings in Mindful-Based Stress Reduction, Mindful Teaching and is advanced certified accredited in Tapping.  Trina has keynoted conferences and has held professional development seminars to help employees and organizations incorporate Mindfulness strategies in their lives.

This popular presentation empowers participants to reduce stress, deal with difficult emotions and even help to bust through limiting beliefs by lightly tapping on specific points on the body to calm the nervous system and rewire the brain for health.

    In this presentation, participants will understand how Tapping works and try some easy tapping sequences to add to our wellness toolbox. Trina is advanced certified accredited in tapping and has helped many people to find peace in their heart, mind and body.

  • Trina offers a 10-Day Employee Resilience Challenge to support the practice of mindfulness and other resilience tools. This can help “Release” stress whether it’s from relationships, work overwhelm, navigating change, resentments from the past, anxiety and even limiting beliefs. Beginning with an optional 30-minute virtual session, participants receive a daily video explaining a resilience assignment and access to calming guided audio exercises from the Release App. Participants complete one mindfulness and tapping exercise per day to begin to knock off their stress and find more peace and ease in their daily life.

  • This 2-Day immersive experience allows you to take a deep dive into the practice of being in the present moment as you step away from your busy life to learn and practice tools for your own resilience. Participants take time to cultivate their own presence which spills into being more effective in the workplace and role-modeling resilience in the home with your loved ones. Great for team building, navigating change management and overall personal growth.

    Training and Retreats take place at the beautiful Windy Acres Bed and Breakfast outside of Yorkton, Saskatchewan. (Trainings and Retreats can also take place in alternate locations).
