Trina offers private or family mindfulness sessions. Each session is approximately an hour long. Trina has trainings in Mindful-based Stress Reduction and Mindful Teaching. She is also a Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Practitioner. A combination of Mindfulness techniques and/or EFT may be used throughout the sessions.
