Trina offers private or family mindfulness sessions. Each session is approximately an hour long and can be done virtually or in-person. Trina has trainings in Mindful-based Stress Reduction and Mindful Teaching. She is also an advanced Certified Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) “Tapping” Practitioner.
