Stress is one of the top causes of employee absenteeism / illness in the workplace. Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress and improve employee effectiveness.
Trina Markusson has been sharing Mindfulness strategies since 2008. She has participated in professional trainings in Mindful-Based Stress Reduction through the Stress Reduction Center through the U of Mass and Mindful Teaching. Trina has keynoted conferences and has held professional development seminars to help employees and organizations use Mindfulness strategies in their lives.

Participants will learn how to bring more joy into their life by being mindful of their thoughts and feelings. Useful tips that help us train our brain to focus on the positive things and change habits of negative thinking / behaviors will be shared.
