1. “Mindfulness for Employee Wellness”
Are you really present at work or are you caught up in the “busy-ness” of the profession, moving through each day on automatic pilot? Do you find yourself caught up in past events or worries about the future? Learn how practicing Mindfulness can help you live in the present moment and begin to live a richer, less stressful life. An effective employee is a resilient employee who is able to maneuver through a busy workday.
“Participating in the Mindfulness practice with Trina was a rewarding and somewhat surprising experience for me. I didn’t know what I was missing! Her examples and visuals are authentic; her strategies are clear yet simple. Guided by Trina, I secured the value of being “in the moment”. This practice will enhance both my personal and professional life.”
