Trina Markusson has been practicing and studying stress reduction for over 15 years. Trina uses her life experiences and professional trainings in Mindful Teaching and Mindful-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) to help you “be” present for each precious moment and help you to deal with daily stress more effectively! She has taught Mindfulness strategies to many people and looks forward to sharing these life-changing tools with you! She currently resides in Regina, Saskatchewan.

A Few Words From Trina
Over fifteen years ago, I completed a program which incorporated the principle that if I focussed on the present moment instead of replaying past events or “what-ifs” about the future, I would greatly decrease the stress in my life. A short while later, I came across the concept of mindfulness. This simple concept was a catalyst for lasting positive change and has been my go-to life tool ever since!
When we find something we love to do it is no longer is considered a job, it’s a passion. Sharing mindfulness with others is my passion. I believe it was what I was meant to do. I have witnessed many people incorporate Mindfulness strategies into their life and how they transformed into confident, independent and creative individuals. Whether it is speaking to a small group or keynoting a conference, if one person is touched by my words, then it is all worth it! No moment is ever wasted!
Mindfulness is a gift to be shared!
