A Few Words From Trina

Over twenty years ago, I completed a program which incorporated the principle that if I focus on the present moment instead of replaying past events or “what-ifs” about the future, I would greatly decrease the stress in my life.  A short while later, I came across the concept of mindfulness.  This simple concept was a catalyst for lasting positive change and has been one of my go-to life tools ever since!  

When we find something we love to do it is no longer is considered a job, it’s a passion.  Sharing mindfulness and tapping with others is my passion.  I believe it was what I was meant to do.  Whether it is speaking to a small group or keynoting a conference, if one person is touched by my words, then it is all worth it! No moment is ever wasted! Mindfulness is a gift to be shared!
